Booking

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival. For reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival, full prepayment is required at time of booking.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of £100 is payable no later than two weeks prior to arrival. This is to cover against any damage to the apartment or its contents during your stay and can be paid by cheque (which will be banked) or by bank transfer. The deposit will be fully refunded within 2 weeks after departure and return of keys, subject to there being no damage to the property or contents on departure, which will be verified by our agents.

Arrival/Departure

The Apartment is available on arrival from 3pm to allow for cleaning/laundry changes. Departure time is no later than 11am.

Liability

The owners accept no liability for injury or loss/damage to possessions during rental periods. You are advised to take out appropriate personal travel insurance to cover such liability.
